Step 2: You Announce.

Step 3: Employees Order.

Smart EPP — frequently asked questions

Does Smart EPP cost the company anything?

Zero. The programme is completely free to set up and run. Sirius Star earns margin on device sales — not from the company. No setup fee. No monthly fee. No minimum purchase requirement. The company’s only “cost” is sending one announcement email to employees.

Are EMI options available for employee purchases?

Yes. 3, 6, and 12-month EMI options through our partner NBFC. The EMI is between the employee and the NBFC — no payroll deduction, no salary adjustment, no financial liability for the company. Employees manage their own EMI payments independently.

Who handles warranty and support?

Sirius Star. Employees contact us directly for any warranty issues. Your IT team is not involved. Manufacturer warranty applies as standard (1 year for most devices, extendable). We manage warranty claims, device replacement, and repair coordination.

What’s the minimum company size for Smart EPP?

50 employees. Below that threshold, we offer corporate pricing for individual purchases — employees can still buy at enterprise rates, but without the formal programme structure and announcement materials.

Can we limit which products are available?
