Conference rooms that actually work.
Designed. Supplied. Installed. One vendor. One call.
Picture this. Ten people sit down for a client call. Your biggest prospect is on the screen. First 8 minutes: “Can you hear me?” “Try the other HDMI.” “My laptop won’t connect.” The prospect watches your team fumble. That’s not a tech issue. That’s a first impression you can’t undo. Eighty person-minutes burned. Three meetings a day. Four person-hours wasted daily. Every single day. For the cost of one month’s wasted salary, you could fix that room permanently.

₹1.4 Lakhs/month
in salaried time wasted on meeting room tech issues. Six minutes per meeting, four rooms, four meetings per day. That’s real money disappearing into “Can you hear me?”
We’ll design your room for free. Pay only if you proceed.
The meeting room tax your company pays every day
Your boardroom costs ₹8 Lakhs/year in rent + salaries. The technology in it? A ₹12,000 webcam and a Bluetooth speaker that drops mid-sentence.
We timed it at a Navi Mumbai firm: 6 minutes of troubleshooting before the first word of business. Four rooms, four meetings/day. That’s ₹1.4 Lakhs/month in dead salaried time.
We upgraded all 4 rooms for ₹12 Lakhs. Meeting tax dropped to zero. ROI: 9 months.
Three conference room packages for Indian offices — designed for how your team actually meets
We don’t sell equipment and wish you luck. We design rooms. There’s a difference. Equipment is a webcam in a box. A designed room is one where the camera angle captures every seat at the table, the microphone picks up the person sitting in the corner, the display is readable from the back row, and screen sharing works from any laptop — Mac, Windows, doesn’t matter — in under 5 seconds.
Every package below includes: on-site room survey, equipment design, professional installation, hidden cable routing, platform configuration, and a walk-in-and-it-works handover where we sit with your team and run a real meeting before we leave.
Huddle Room (4-6 people) — ₹2-4 Lakhs
Your daily standups, quick 1-on-1 calls, and small team syncs. 55″ interactive flat panel (Maxhub or Samsung). Logitech MeetUp all-in-one soundbar camera — one device handles video, audio, and speaker tracking. Wireless presentation dongle so anyone can share from any device. Table microphone for crystal-clear audio on the other end.
Walk in. Tap share. Start talking. No HDMI hunting. No “can you hear me?” This is the room your team will actually want to use for quick calls instead of huddling around someone’s laptop.
Conference Room (8-12 people) — ₹4-8 Lakhs
Your client calls, department reviews, and cross-team meetings. 65-75″ IFP with annotation and whiteboard built in. Logitech Rally camera with PTZ (it tracks whoever is speaking — automatically). Ceiling microphones, not table clutter. Soundbar for rich audio. Wired + wireless sharing so nobody is ever “incompatible.”
This is the room where your prospects stop noticing the technology and start focusing on what you’re saying. That’s the point. The best AV setup is one nobody thinks about.
Boardroom (15-20 people) — ₹8-15 Lakhs+
Your flagship. The room investors walk into. Board meetings. Annual reviews. The pitch that wins or loses a ₹10 Crore deal. 86″ IFP or dual 65″ displays for presenter + video simultaneously. Cisco Room Kit Pro or Logitech Rally Plus with multiple cameras. 3-4 distributed ceiling microphones for full-room coverage — the person at the far end sounds as clear as the person next to the camera. Recording capability for compliance or absent members.
When a client or investor walks into this room, the technology makes a statement before anyone speaks: this is a serious company.
From “can you hear me?” to “let’s begin” — four steps
Step 1: Consult (free) — We come to your office. We sit in the room — literally. We measure dimensions, check ceiling height, assess lighting (that window glare your projector fights every afternoon? We factor that in). We map power outlets, test WiFi signal strength at every seat, and ask one question most AV vendors skip: “How does your team actually use this room?” Free for any project above ₹2 Lakhs.
Step 2: Design — We propose the right equipment for your room size, meeting patterns, and budget. Not the most expensive option. The most appropriate one. A 4-person huddle room doesn’t need a ₹8 Lakh Cisco setup — and we’ll tell you that. You see the design, review the layout, and approve before we order a single item.
Step 3: Install — Our technicians handle everything. Display wall-mounting at the right height for your seating (not “wherever the bracket fits”). Cable routing hidden inside walls or conduits — no cables dangling. Camera calibrated to capture every seat. Microphones placed and tested with real voices in the room. Platform configured — Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex, whatever your company uses.
Step 4: Handover — We don’t install and disappear. We sit in the room with your team and run a real meeting. We show every person how to share their screen, switch between cameras, mute and unmute, and what to do if something doesn’t work. We leave when your team says “this is easy.” Not a minute before.
Last project: 4 rooms for a Navi Mumbai financial services firm. 3 days start to finish. Zero follow-up calls asking “how do I share my screen?” That’s the standard.
Your projector worked in 2018. It’s 2026.
Projector bulbs: ₹15,000-25,000 every 18 months. Dark room = no notes. No touch. No wireless sharing. An IFP: no bulbs (30,000+ hour life), works in sunlight, touch + whiteboard built in. 5-year cost? Lower than the projector when you add bulb replacements and lost productivity.
Is this page for you?
This page is for you if:
✓ You’re setting up new conference rooms or upgrading existing ones with proper AV
✓ You want the room designed, supplied, and installed — not just equipment shipped in a box
✓ “Can you hear me?” is something your team says at the start of every meeting
✓ Your boardroom needs to impress clients and investors, not embarrass you
This page is NOT for you if you just need a ₹5,000 webcam for a home office. Amazon handles that fine.
This quarter: 6 conference rooms designed and installed across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. Latest: 4-room upgrade for a financial services firm — 3 days, zero callbacks.
Your conference room needs reliable networking and power backup.
That ₹8 Lakh boardroom setup? It runs on your WiFi. If your WiFi drops during a board call, the boardroom doesn’t matter. Video conferencing needs consistent 10-20 Mbps per room. PoE switches power the cameras. And if the power goes out during a client presentation, your UPS decides whether the meeting continues or dies.
We design conference rooms alongside networking and power — not as separate projects. One vendor. One design. No finger-pointing when something doesn’t work.
Setting up a new office? We handle all the technology — not just the meeting room.
New office builds are our favourite projects. Conference rooms + networking + security cameras + workstations + printers + UPS — designed and installed as one coordinated project. Not 6 vendors with 6 timelines and 6 excuses.
Conference room solutions — frequently asked questions
Does Sirius Star only sell equipment or do you design and install complete conference rooms?
Both — but most clients want the full service. Free on-site room consultation, equipment design based on your room dimensions and usage, professional installation with hidden cabling, platform configuration (Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex), and a handover session where we sit with your team and run a real meeting. We don’t leave until your team says “this is easy.” Equipment-only supply is also available for companies with in-house AV teams.
Which video conferencing platforms do your conference room solutions work with?
All major platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Cisco Webex. We configure the room for your preferred platform during installation. Most hardware we use (Logitech, Cisco, Maxhub) is certified for multiple platforms, so switching later is straightforward — no new hardware needed.
Can you upgrade our existing conference room from a projector to an interactive flat panel?
Yes — this is our most common project type. We assess your current room, recommend the right IFP size for your seating layout and viewing distance, handle removal of the old projector setup, and install the new IFP with camera, microphones, and wireless sharing. Most single-room upgrades complete in 1 day. Multi-room projects take 2-5 days depending on scope.
What’s the difference between a ₹2 Lakh huddle room and a ₹15 Lakh boardroom?
Room size and meeting type determine the investment. A huddle room (4-6 people, daily standups) needs a 55″ display and a single all-in-one camera. A boardroom (15-20 people, client pitches) needs an 86″ display, multiple ceiling microphones for full coverage, a PTZ camera that tracks speakers, distributed audio, and recording capability. We design for what you actually need — a 4-person room doesn’t need boardroom equipment, and we’ll say so.
Do you provide conference room AMC?
Yes. Annual maintenance covers firmware updates, equipment health checks, replacement units during repair, and a dedicated support number for “something isn’t working” calls. Our SLA: response within 4 hours, resolution within 24 hours for most issues. Because a broken boardroom on the morning of a board meeting is not a “we’ll get to it” situation.
