Does Neat work with Microsoft Teams Rooms?
Neat hardware is Zoom Rooms certified. It will join a Teams meeting through Zoom interoperability or BYOD HDMI, but if your organisational standard is Microsoft Teams Rooms native, Logitech, Poly, or Cisco Webex Room is the better economic fit. We will tell you which one on the first call, before you spend anything.
Do you handle Zoom Phone activation along with the hardware?

What is the warranty on Neat hardware?

Can we mix Neat with displays we already own?
Yes. Neat Bar Pro and Neat Bar work as USB-extended cameras driven by any 4K display you already have on the wall. We measure the existing screen and recommend a swap only if it is genuinely undersized for the room.
How is Neat priced in India?
Not always the same, and never a public list price. Neat and its resellers do not publish India MRP because volume discounts move with order size and whether Zoom Phone seats are attached.
