How a phone call at 9 PM built a 15-year client relationship
In 2010, an insurance company’s IT head called at 9:14 PM on a Friday. Their main server had crashed. Their vendor a large, well-known IT company had an “after-hours support” number that went to voicemail. The IT head called us. We weren’t even their primary vendor at the time. We’d supplied a few laptops six months earlier.
We picked up. We drove to their office. We worked until 2 AM. The server was back by morning.
That IT head never called the other vendor again. Fifteen years later, they’re still our client. We manage their entire device fleet 2,847 devices across India. Not because we had the lowest price. Because when it mattered, we showed up.

Why we say no to easy money
A company wanted 300 consumer tablets for their field force. No Knox, no MDM, no rugged case. We told them it would fail. They said “just sell us what we asked for.” We said no.
Six months later: 40 cracked screens. No management. No remote wipe. They called back. We deployed enterprise tablets with Knox, MDM, cases. The fleet is still running three years later.
