Operationally it looks like this. Device dies in Vizag. Employee raises a ticket. OneAssist picks up next working day. Sirius Star ships a replacement unit pre-loaded with the Knox profile. Original device gets repaired and reaches our Mumbai HQ. Total downtime: less than 72 hours for the user.
For Windows laptops, servers, networking and printers we use the OEM service network (HP Care Pack, Dell ProSupport, HPE Pointnext etc). Different SLA, different cost model, same principle.
Pick one console at PO stage and make it stick
For an existing M365 estate, Microsoft Intune is the obvious pick. Knox attestation works natively. Conditional Access flows through Entra ID.
For mixed iOS and Android fleets with heavy rugged tablet use, SOTI MobiControl still leads. Better at offline-first scenarios in field service and logistics.
Samsung Knox Manage is the deepest option if you are Samsung-only and want every Knox API exposed. Many Indian banks run this for branch tellers and field collection agents. Single-vendor risk is the tradeoff.

Does OneAssist 19,000+ pincode pickup-drop apply to all our hardware?
No. Only mobile phones, iPads and tablets, and MacBooks. For Windows laptops, servers, networking and printers we use the OEM service network with separate SLAs. This is by design and Sudeep has confirmed the scope.
Can we run BYOD with Samsung Knox?
Yes. Knox Workspace creates a fully containerised work profile on a personal phone. Personal apps and photos stay private. Corporate Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SAP apps live in the encrypted container. Wipe the container without touching personal data.
How long is the Samsung OS update commitment?
Samsung commits to 7 years of OS and security updates on Galaxy S24 family (S24, S24+, S24 Ultra). 5 years on A series and Tab S9. 4 years on Tab Active 5. This matters for DPDP compliance and audit readiness.
What is the typical lead time for 100+ device rollouts?
Stock-and-deliver in 5-7 working days for Galaxy A and Tab Active lines. Galaxy S Ultra in 10-12 days because high-spec SKUs run thinner. Knox profile pre-load and asset tagging add 2 days at our Mumbai facility.
Do you offer trade-in for old devices?
Yes. Trade-in on iPhones, older Galaxy fleet and other Android devices through our DLM lifecycle service. We deduct the trade value from the new PO. ITAD certificates issued for retired devices.

P.S. A Bengaluru fintech rolled out 240 Galaxy A55s last quarter with Intune and OneAssist. First device loss happened three weeks in. Pune airport, evening flight.
