Your rights at a glance
Sirius Star Enterprise Technologies Pvt. Ltd. respects your control over your own data. Under the DPDP Act, you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and know how we use it.
- Correct or complete data that is wrong or out of date.
- Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier, at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you cannot.
- Raise a grievance and get a response.
How to make a request
Email our Data Officer at swapnali@siriusstar.in. To help us act quickly, please include:
- Your full name and the email or phone number you used with us.
- What you want us to do (for example: access, correct, erase, or withdraw consent).
- Any detail that helps us find your record.
How we verify you
To protect your data, we may ask a few questions to confirm it is really you before we act on a request. We will only ask for what we need.
How long we take
We act on valid requests as soon as we reasonably can, and within the timelines set under the DPDP Act and its Rules. If we need more information, we will tell you.
How to withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing swapnali@siriusstar.in with the word “Withdraw” and the purpose you no longer agree to. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. It will not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew.
If you are not satisfied
First, contact our Data Officer so we can put it right. If you are still not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
