When Acronis still fits

If your IT is delivered by a managed provider, they very likely already run the Acronis console, and moving you off it is friction for them and cost for you. The tool is not the problem in that case. The service wrapper around it is the thing to renegotiate first.
And the money does not always sit on the other side. Acronis prices per workload in the under-one-lakh band for a small estate. CrowdStrike and Sophos both sit a tier higher in India, and their full value needs EDR or SOC skills you either hire or buy as a managed add-on. The reasons to leave are real, and we will say them out loud. Tier-one support can be slow and inconsistent. The all-in-one agent is resource-heavy and can drag an older server.
