Top 8 Endpoint Security Vendors in India 2026
Top 8 endpoint security vendors in India, ranked for 2026.
A working shortlist of the endpoint platforms we deploy and support in India, ranked on what they catch, what they cost and who they suit.
The 8 picks at a glance
Every vendor here has a live brand page and a real India price band. This is the block to skim first.
| Rank | Vendor | Best for | Starting price band | Verdict in a line |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #1 | CrowdStrike Falcon | Modern product firms and BFSI that want the deepest detection | Rs 4,000 to Rs 18,000 per endpoint per year | The detection benchmark, priced like one |
| #2 | Sophos Intercept X | Mid-market that wants EPP, EDR and MDR from one vendor | From Rs 1,800 per endpoint per year. MDR runs Rs 320 to Rs 620 per endpoint per month | The mid-market default, and it earned the title |
| #3 | Bitdefender GravityZone | Budget-aware mid-market that still wants top efficacy scores | Rs 990 to Rs 6,000 per endpoint per year | The best efficacy your rupee can buy |
| #4 | Kaspersky Endpoint Security | Teams that need on-prem data residency and the lowest entry price | From about Rs 950 per endpoint per year. On-prem estates start near Rs 15,000 | Lowest entry price with data that stays in India |
| #5 | Trend Micro Vision One | Estates that want endpoint, server and cloud workload under one XDR | From about Rs 1,200 per workload per month. A 30 to 120 workload estate lands near Rs 45,000 upward | One console when it is more than just laptops |
| #6 | Symantec Endpoint Protection | Large legacy estates that need on-prem SEP and built-in DLP | Mid to large estates run Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 5,00,000 per year by seat count | Still the answer for on-prem legacy estates |
| #7 | Sequretek Percept XDR | Buyers who want a Made-in-India platform with a managed SOC included | Managed platform from about Rs 1,50,000 per year by scope | India-built, with the SOC bundled in |
| #8 | Morphisec | Finance, healthcare and OT-adjacent endpoints that want prevention without a SOC | Quote-based. Morphisec does not publish India SKU pricing | The prevention layer nobody shortlists first |
Why this list exists
Most buyers shortlist endpoint security by asking three peers what they run, then copying the biggest name. That is how a 150-person firm ends up quoting a platform built for a bank, and how a bank ends up trialling a tool that caps out at 500 seats. The board question is simple. You have antivirus from the 90s and someone asked whether you have EDR. We have seen the same pattern for years. The right answer is rarely the loudest brand. It is the platform that matches your size, your budget, your data residency rule, and whether you have anyone to watch the console at 2am. CERT-In now expects six-hour incident reporting and 180-day log retention, so an endpoint tool that cannot export a clean timeline is a liability, not a control. This list ranks for that reality.
The 8 endpoint security vendors, in order
#1 CrowdStrike Falcon
Best for detection depth and threat huntingWhere it wins. One lightweight agent, a cloud-native console, and OverWatch analysts hunting for what automation misses. Gartner placed Falcon furthest right for vision in the 2026 EPP Magic Quadrant, its seventh year as a Leader. When a board wants the name that tops every MITRE test, this is it.
Where it stops fitting. Falcon bills in USD through an Indian reseller, so a 200-endpoint firm often struggles to defend the annual number against a bundled option. Under 100 endpoints you pay for headroom you will not use.
Indicative price band: Rs 4,000 to Rs 18,000 per endpoint per year
Full brand page →#2 Sophos Intercept X
Best single-vendor EPP plus MDRWhere it wins. One agent replaces the old antivirus, CryptoGuard rolls ransomware back, and the same console runs XDR. Sophos was named a Leader in the Gartner EPP report for the 17th time running. We have seen a 312-endpoint Mumbai pharma unit move off signature-only antivirus in two weeks. If a Sophos firewall is already on site, Synchronized Security links the two.
Where it stops fitting. Custom detection engineering is thinner than Falcon. A team that wants to write its own detection logic will feel the ceiling.
Indicative price band: From Rs 1,800 per endpoint per year. MDR runs Rs 320 to Rs 620 per endpoint per month
Full brand page →#3 Bitdefender GravityZone
Best efficacy per rupeeWhere it wins. High independent test scores at a price the Indian mid-market can sign off without a fight. One console covers antivirus, EDR and XDR tuning, with DPDP-aligned audit logs. For 100 to 1,000 endpoints on a real budget it is hard to beat on value.
Where it stops fitting. Managed response is not its native strength, so a lean team with no SOC still needs a partner watching the console. Boardroom recognition sits below CrowdStrike.
Indicative price band: Rs 990 to Rs 6,000 per endpoint per year
Full brand page →#4 Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Best for on-prem DPDP residencyWhere it wins. The on-prem Security Center keeps telemetry inside India, which matters to any buyer who reads the DPDP residency clause closely. The detection engine stays strong and the entry price is the lowest on this list.
Where it stops fitting. Some Indian enterprise and government buyers rule it out on procurement policy. Check your own vendor policy before you run a POC.
Indicative price band: From about Rs 950 per endpoint per year. On-prem estates start near Rs 15,000
Full brand page →#5 Trend Micro Vision One
Best for endpoint plus workload breadthWhere it wins. One of four vendors to hold a Gartner EPP Leader spot every year since 2020. Vision One folds endpoint, server and cloud workload telemetry into a single investigation view. A strong fit where the estate is not only laptops.
Where it stops fitting. For a pure laptop fleet that workload breadth is capacity you pay for and rarely touch. The old Cloud One naming still confuses buyers mid-migration.
Indicative price band: From about Rs 1,200 per workload per month. A 30 to 120 workload estate lands near Rs 45,000 upward
Full brand page →#6 Symantec Endpoint Protection
Best for legacy on-prem estatesWhere it wins. On-prem SEP still runs where a cloud console is off the table, and SES Complete adds a modern layer over it. Built-in DLP means one contract covers endpoint and data loss. Sirius Star is an authorised Symantec partner.
Where it stops fitting. Under Broadcom, small and mid buyers report harder commercials and slower support. Not the pick for a 100-seat SMB starting fresh.
Indicative price band: Mid to large estates run Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 5,00,000 per year by seat count
Full brand page →#7 Sequretek Percept XDR
Best India-built managed optionWhere it wins. Percept XDR bundles EDR, NG SIEM and identity behind a 24×7 managed SOC with Indian data residency. For a team with no in-house SOC, that managed layer is the product. CERT-In reporting workflows are built for the Indian buyer.
Where it stops fitting. Global brand recognition is lower, so a multinational parent may push back. Pure EDR feature depth trails the top three.
Indicative price band: Managed platform from about Rs 1,50,000 per year by scope
Full brand page →#8 Morphisec
Best prevention-first sleeperWhere it wins. Moving Target Defense works at the memory layer, so it blocks attacks that never raise a signature or an alert to triage. The agent sits under 1 MB and needs no SOC to run. We have seen it earn its slot where a lean team simply cannot staff 24×7 monitoring.
Where it stops fitting. It prevents rather than investigates, so it is a layer and not a full EDR console. Teams that want deep post-incident forensics pair it with one of the platforms above.
Indicative price band: Quote-based. Morphisec does not publish India SKU pricing
Full brand page →How to pick between them
Start with who watches the alerts. If you have no SOC and no plan to build one, go straight to Sequretek or Sophos MDR, because the managed layer is the product you are buying. If detection depth is the whole point and budget is not the blocker, CrowdStrike or Trend Micro Vision One are the two to trial. If the constraint is budget and you still want top test scores, run Bitdefender against Sophos Intercept X and pick on console fit. If a DPDP residency clause says telemetry must stay in India, Kaspersky on-prem or Sequretek answer it directly. If you are carrying a large on-prem legacy estate with a DLP need, Symantec keeps both under one contract. And if your real fear is the attack that never trips an alert, add Morphisec as a prevention layer under whichever platform you choose. Rolling fresh agents across a new device batch at the same time? Ask about Device-as-a-Service from Rs 499 per device per month, so procurement and security move together.
The one vendor most buyers skip
The vendor most buyers skip is Morphisec. It does not run ads in your feed and it will not show up when you ask three peers what they use. It sits at number eight here because it does one thing the top platforms do not. It stops memory-level attacks before any signature or behaviour rule fires, with an agent under 1 MB and no SOC to staff. For a finance or healthcare team that cannot watch a console around the clock, that quiet prevention layer is often the piece the shortlist was missing.
