Three questions, in this order. First, what does one hour of downtime cost you on your worst Wednesday, in rupees. Second, who physically touches the rack when something beeps. Third, what is your data footprint in 24 months, not today. If you cannot answer the first one in rupees, stop shopping and go measure it. The quote can wait a week. That answer cannot.

Then match. If the answer to question one is large and your workload cannot blink, you are in Infinidat or Hitachi Vantara territory, and the availability guarantee earns its premium. If you run a VMware estate and want one platform on-prem and in the cloud, NetApp is the clean pick. If your real goal is to kill the VMware licence and the separate SAN, cost a Nutanix cluster before anything else. One warning. Do not let a per terabyte quote make the decision for you. Cheap disk with thin support costs more the first time a drive dies at 2am in a factory town with no service centre nearby.
